1. Sponsor

The Moto Coach AI Dirt Bike Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Moto Coach AI, a California corporation, located at [BUSINESS ADDRESS / P.O. BOX] ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. The Promotion is VOID in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 12, 2026 at 5:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends on December 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of winning. Purchasing a subscription does not improve your odds.

(a) Subscription Entry. During the Promotion Period, purchase a paid annual subscription to Moto Coach AI. You will automatically receive one (1) entry. Only paid annual subscriptions qualify for a Subscription Entry; monthly, free, and trial subscriptions do not earn an entry by this method (though anyone may still enter free under (b)). Retain your subscription confirmation as proof of purchase. To help Sponsor identify and contact you in the event you win, entrants are encouraged (but not required) to email a screenshot of their annual purchase confirmation, along with their full name, to support@motocoachai.app. Providing this information is optional and does not affect your entry or your chances of winning.

(b) Free (No-Purchase) Mail-In Entry. During the Promotion Period, hand-print your full name, complete street address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a standard 4" x 6" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry receives one (1) entry, equal to a Subscription Entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 5, 2026 and received no later than December 11, 2026. Limit one (1) free entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

5. Entry Limits

One entry per annual subscription purchased, and one entry per valid mail-in card. Any attempt to exceed the stated limit, or use of bots, scripts, or multiple identities, voids all of that person's entries.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a brand-new 2026 Beta 450 RX dirt bike. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,990. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty except any manufacturer's warranty. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly stated as included, including title, registration, licensing, insurance, delivery or pickup, taxes, and safety gear. The bike's manufacturer does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Promotion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about December 12, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and to complete tax documentation, within [e.g. seven (7)] days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor will require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the ARV of the prize. Sponsor will not release the prize until required tax documentation is received.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Promotion is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and award the prize from eligible entries received up to that point, subject to any approvals required by law.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 11. Winner List

For the winner's name, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address in Section 1 within sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period ends.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. [Because the ARV exceeds $5,000, confirm NY/FL/RI are properly excluded or registered before launch — this template excludes them in Section 2.]

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and, where the entrant consents, for marketing. Opting out of marketing does not affect an entrant's chance of winning.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.
